Some unsymmetrical stones may be the exception to this but the chance of the final piece being balanced is not as guaranteed. Halo/Radial wrap Template
This wrap style works the best with well balanced stones. The visual weight needs to be the same on both sides to any wrap around the stone is centered. The exception to this is made when the halo around the stone is obviously off center as well.
The most challenging part of this style is finding a way to secure the stone in the middle of the halo in a way that looks natural and balanced. This style takes quite a while and a lot of wire. It is possible to combine multiple colors of wire in this style, though it is better to keep the variety of color simplified.
